GenoAkademie Partners with Fioro to Elevate Training of Customer Conversations

In a pilot project, GenoAkademie is collaborating with Fioro to completely reimagine how bank employees are prepared for tomorrow's challenges. At the core of this initiative is Fioro's platform, which combines realistic conversation simulations with intelligent feedback.

The pilot project focuses on three core areas:

  • Rethinking Costumer Consultations: Experienced advisors can practice challenging customer situations repeatedly and test different conversation strategies - building confidence and expanding their range of responses.

  • Fast-Track for Career Changers: Instead of weeks of theoretical training, it's now about learning by doing! With the AI platform, career changers practice realistic customer scenarios from day one - individually and at their own pace.

  • Fast Lane for Trainees: Through regular AI training, apprentices build confidence early on and develop their own authentic consulting personality.
